There was a problem with our gas furnace. I called The HVAC Service and they arranged an appointment. Very friendly and helpful customer service. Technician came on time. I appreciated how honest and straightforward he was. I recommend this company!

Our gas water heater was making the clicking noise. Ethan checked the unit and discovered that it was caused by a buildup of sediment on the bottom of the water heater. Fitting of our reverse osmosis water filtration system was leaking. James came out right away, exactly when the customer support of The HVAC Service said he would. James found out that the fitting was cracked. He replaced fitting and was very responsive to questions and concerns. Nice people, great service.

I called The HVAC Service when our water heater started making a strange whining noise. Our technician, Benjamin, was extremely pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. He checked the unit and said that it was caused by the build-up of scales on electrical heating elements. He flushed the water heater, cleaned the scales, and installed low-watt-density heating elements with a larger surface area. We would highly recommend this company.
