Metropolitan Movers Etobicoke

MME moved and stored our belongings for about 3 months in middle 2021. When they returned, everything was sopping wet and water damaged. There was even mold as it looked as if it had been sitting in water the whole time. Better part of a year trying to resolve a claim for some form of compensation and could get nothing from them. Very non-responsive. Fine print insurance coverage they had was useless ($0.60/lb on the belongings). How does that insurance policy offer any protection. Stay way from these people and double check any moving companies find print for insurance and claims settlement,

I was sent trainees who had NO idea how to do their job. One mover had disgusting breath, they didn't have a dolly, they blatantly ignored my instructions, were extremely careless, damaged several items, left valuables unwrapped and unattended in a condo hallway and took 6.5 hours to do a 4 hour job! Shalin, the manager could care less and the woman I'd booked the move with and I had an argument about the above. She didn't' care either. I had to aggressively demand some kind of compensation for the time they took and they didn't even deduct a whole hour. Now, they are refusing to compensate me for the damages caused by their careless, inept staff, saying they have 3 DAY POLICY and I was too late, however, I pointed out the damage to all of the movers and told the woman I was arguing with, all about it. Now they aren't even responding to emails or texts. It's appalling how little they value their customers.

Totally unprofessional, late arrival, broke my furniture so I put through claim but they never responded, I tried to follow up and just got the run-around. I will never use this moving company ever again.

They helped with my moving and it went really smooth without any delays or damages. Overall very satisfied and will surely recommend them.

It was a good move. The team was little late but the coordination was amazing and everything was handled with care. My elevator timings were taken care of. I would recommend it to all my friends.

Great, quick and reliable. Would recommend them for any of your moving needs. They came in on time amd even finished up early. We also hired them to disassemble and assemble all of our beds.

Had a great service provided by Metropolitan Movers. I ahd to move to another city within GTA and the moving service provides by Metropolitan was extremely helpful and too care of my all belonging moved to mew location with no issues. Professional and great service!!

Had a moving job done by them from Brampton to Burlington.Great service. Very punctual and cautious of your items when loading and unloading. Placement of items in the truck were done very well. All items were safely packed with little to no mess left behind. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move! Team worked very hard and long day but made sure to unload our stuff safely and courteously.
