The Green Property Restoration team took excellent care of us to deal with our stressful situation. We had water damage in the ceiling and walls in the kitchen and did not understand where it came from. They came twice, ensured that all was dried up and found the source of the leak. All done very professionally.

We hired Green Property Restorations to mitigate a spare room in our home. They removed the affected carpet, drywall and insulation. They also found the cause of the leak which came through the sides of the window. They resealed around the window, installed new insulation and drywall. They also found that we had a problem of termites, they were able to leave everything ready for new carpet. We are thankful for the help

Flood Emergency

Due to the storm, our house flooded. Green Property Restorations came out at midnight with a generator and a water extractor and completely and put under control the emergency we were going through at that moment. I had a crack in the basement wall that caused water to leak into the basement. They patched up my drywall, repainted it, re-installed my carpet and steam cleaned it. Gus was very professional and worked efficiently. He quoted me a fair price. My basement looks as good as new! I will definitely hire them again and/ or refer to friends.
