Alex & his partner were incredibly professional and caring. We had quite a few surprises come up with our renovations and Alex was extremely responsive, flexible and made many visits and phone calls demonstrating his genuine concern with the quality of his work and satisfaction for Customer care. We required rough-in piping, valve repair, laundry supply, and multiple appliance hookups included for this job. He was available to respond to ALL questions, and we really valued that peace of mind. Everything turned out great. He even offers warranty on his parts!

Alex and his apprentice displayed a high level of professionalism. They arrived early and ready to work wearing proper PPE and abiding by the recommended social distancing measures. I appreciated the efficient manner in which my plumbing issue was resolved and restored to its previous state. I will definitely give Alex a call if I have a need for his services in the future.

Alex and Jacob are very professional, personable and clean. They disposed of the toilets removed and wiped down afterwards to keep the area spotless. They also followed the new protocol of wearing a mask and distancing themselves enough to keep you safe. Extremely reasonable pricing and they adhere to what you ask for. Very happy with the work they completed for us!

Alex and his apprentice were very quick and efficient when my tub overflow and drain needed repair and replacement. They were able to come on short notice and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The new drain and overflow looks great. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
