We appreciate how CNS was quick to get started and the price was reasonable. They demonstrated expertise and professionalism.
An area that required improvement is that they made some decisions without consulting us. The decisions deviated from the engineering drawings and impacted the timeline to complete the work as agreed. Ultimately the deviations were corrected. It is important to us that contractors communicate any deviations with us so that we can understand the impact to our plan as well as the structural integrity of the house as it is semi-detached.
In the end, CNS completed the work in good quality as agreed.
