I had used Urbancity builders to develop my unfinished basement. Justin was provided a quote and walked us through what we can expect during the duration. Shaun was project margining actual construction he kept us updated on schedule and who will come in.

Justin and Shaun were professional in handling our concerns. They addressed every single one of our concerns no matter how minor it was. The issues we did identify with regards to lumber quality was promptly addressed. Prior to final walk through Shaun and Justin identified issues and fixed it prior to turning over the basement.

I'm happy to have Urban City Builders developing basement in my house. Everything was done with really good quality and quite fast! Basement was ready for use in around 7-8 weeks (it could be even faster if there were no Christmas break). The price was a little bit lower rather than 2 other quotes I had from other companies, as well as Urban Builders had proposed better features as a standard package.

Basement Development: I bought a brand new spec home but really needed the basement developed completed for our family and I didnt want to do any of the work myself. Urban City Builders did a great job renovating our basement, adding an amazing carpet, a bathroom, and a bedroom. The price is better than what you'll find in almost all of the other competitors, but the quality is still very good. Justin and his team converted the flat room over my kitchen nook into a gabled Dutch roof with Sky Lights. While ensuring that all of the work met the mandated building codes, Justin was able to fulfil what I envisaged. From beginning until the end of the project Justin was on hand to address all of my questions. Justin and his team always behaved in a professional manner. Working tirelessly and with good humor despite the Covid constraints which delayed materials and manpower. The project was completed on time and within my budget.
