You really do get the personalized and professional attention of Chris, owner/operator, skilled arborist and tree worker. My neighbour contacted him (among other contractors) to discuss a major tree removal process. From the first consultation to the very end of actual removal and clean up, Chris was a superb: professional, amazing value for great service throughout, really puts an effort in developing trust with his clients. He was diligent in addressing questions to help us understand what to expect, gave a fair pricing/quote without being pushy and with no surprise charges, was very organized and skilled in removing the tree and grinding (day 1 with a crew of 5 people, day 2 with a crew of 2, both times with complete machinery). His team was on time, had a great system, was very thorough and safe, pleasant and ensured everything was clean after. The tree was on my neighbour's property but it required access to our property and coordination due to the location of the tree canopy and roots. My neighbour and I thank Chris and his team for their utmost professionalism and skill.
