Terry was great from Home potential his team was kind and considerate of our home and were talented in their field of expertise. The quality of the work Terry and his team provided was excellent

Terry rebuilt our old rotting upper deck complete with new glass railing. He also replaced all the wood trim on the house. Terry is a perfectionist and his work really shows it!

Home Potential renovated our entire main floor including kitchen, bathroom, flooring, fireplace, interior doors and trim. They were friendly, easy to get ahold of and made the whole process fairly easy. Terry did amazing work creating custom cabinets and kitchen drawers. We were happy with the work done by their plumber, flooring installer and tilers but we feel their painter was a bit careless, leaving areas that needed more patching, uneven sections and bits of roller fuzz stuck in the paint, even after touch ups. Overall we are pleased with the renovation and love how are home has been transformed!

In a climate where every service and supplies is delayed, we feel like we hit the jackpot with Home Potential Ltd. Both Terry and Stacey were hardworking, professional, reasonable, honest and friendly. They worked hard to get our job done in the agreed upon time frame. The end result is a gorgeous, legal secondary suite in our walkout basement. We hope to hire them in the future to do some more work in our house because I am now jealous of the basement in my kitchen. Thanks, Terry and Stacey, for being dedicated to your craft!

We have two 'bathrooms' (vanities and toilets) sharing a common bathtub/shower in our condominium. These were the original fixtures.

We had Home Potential replace the vanities, cabinets, toilets in each room and replace the bathtub/shower with a custom tiled shower.

Stacey was our contact and coordinator and Terry was the prime tradesman. The whole process from deciding on the concept, the budgeting, choosing the suppliers and fixtures, the scheduling and the construction was handled very professionally. We we are very happy with Terry's workmanship and that of all of his subtrades. Plus everyone was easy and accommodating to work with. We are very pleased with the finished product.

We have future plans to renovate our kitchen and our intention is to use Home Potential again for this project.

We knew about Home Potential LTD through a neighbour who got the service 2 years back!!! We ended calling the company and started renovating the main bathroom which caused us many issues!!! After that we contracted the company for our ensuite bathroom and both bathrooms now were completed in timely manner.
It was a great experience anyone can try!!!

We had a major kitchen renovation including new cabinets, flooring and included moving a wall. When a question arose regarding moving the wall, a qualified engineer was called in to make sure it could be moved safely before proceeding. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole operation and the care that was taken in protecting the rest of our home from the worst of the dust and grime. I would highly recommend Home Potential Ltd. to any of my friends and will call on them again when I am ready to do my bathroom renovation.

The team at Home Potential are very professional and personable. They made us feel at ease with the Reno quoting and purchase process. Very helpful at recommendations to make our design choices easy. Home Potential did an ensuite bathroom renovation for me which included the cabinet, quartz countertop, new fixtures and associated plumbing. I was very happy with the proposed plan, Terry’s design and workmanship were excellent. He incorporated features I would never have thought of like the drawer height to allow products to stand and the sliding drawer under the sink allowing me to pull out to see what’s at the back of the cabinet. Home Potential is my go to contractor for any renovations I may need in the future.

I highly recommend Terry Assenheimer and his company, Home Potential Ltd. We had our main floor bathroom completely renovated. From beginning to end his team was friendly, professional, reliable and clean. Stacey was incredibly helpful with finding the right tile/quartz to fit my "vision", and for answering my many questions along the way. They made the whole process so easy! Terry's workmanship is exemplary, and you can tell that he puts his heart/soul into each job he does. We are very happy with the end results and will be using Home Potential Ltd. again for future renovations.
