Mega Garage Door

Steve had come to give us a quote and said that he could fix it right then and there, charged me WAY less than I thought, I was stressing and this man was very helpful and friendly at the best price in town! This company is locally owned, and I have never had better customer service!

Our torsion spring broke Thursday night, right as we were getting ready to go to bed. I called Mega Garage Door and got an appointment for the next morning. They showed up promptly and had everything repaired and good to go in less than half an hour. They even greased our wheels and tweaked our motor, so our garage opened more smoothly. The cost was very affordable. The two repair workers who came to our house were so friendly and loved our dogs. I definitely would recommend it to anyone. While I hope our garage doesn’t break again, I’ll be calling Mega again if it does.

Great warranty on services rendered. I had lots of questions about getting new remotes, a keypad entry, etc. and Steve was able to give me reasonable quotes for the different items. I will use this company again. They Were very upfront about pricing.

Came out on Father's Day, had the parts with them. They installed new parts quickly and politely. The price was well below what I had anticipated. I would give more stars if they were available. Steve is an excellent technician who genuinely cares about you as a person and not merely another job. I have used their services two times now. They are quick and efficient but also very thorough. If you are searching for a team to work on your garage door, look no further.

Very friendly and informative when it comes to fixing the problem. The first time I called was for a broken spring and it was fixed quickly. The second time I needed a new garage door opener and it works great. Hopefully I won't need any more work done on my garage, but if so, they are great to work with and I would use them again.
