Wow ! I am really impressed with this company! It has been really refreshing to work with a team of people who genuinely strive to achieve customer service excellence.

Bwolo came to my door because my neighbour was getting her eavestroughs done with HSS, and they could offer some pricing considerations if they did another property in the area. I usually have little patience with door-to-door salespeople, but Bwolo was able to name several of my neighbours who had employed various HSS services. He was sincere and personable. It was just a few days before Christmas, but I arranged a meeting with Ryan, who could explain more.

Ryan visited, and I explained that I own a second property in the city that was in need of eavestroughs more urgently. He arranged for that property to be inspected and returned promptly with a quote. He was also able to arrange a financing package through a third party with 0% interest and a time payment plan. The third party financier was a little frustrating to deal with, but Ryan was very helpful in bridging communications to resolve the roadblocks.

I chatted a couple of times on the phone with Steve to schedule when the job could be completed. He was very personable, flexible and accommodating.

The installers completed the job very quickly and professionally. I especially appreciate that they consented to pulling some vines from a second floor window for me. They even had to reposition the extension ladder to facilitate my request, and had no hesitation accommodating this favour at no charge.

Finally, I opted to attend the post installation inspection with Branden. He was able to provide excellent explanations for all my questions. I was especially intrigued to learn about the history of Home Service Solutions. This is a small local company that has grown at an incredible pace, largely due to the commitment and enthusiasm of the team. I am a retired entrepreneur, and I am delighted to have discovered this company that I’m sure will continue to be incredibly successful. I plan to use more of their services in the future.
