Repair/replace condo units front porches and paint clubhouse stairs/ramp
John and Samantha worked through on some very hot days to complete the project we had hired them to do - replacing several front porch steps, repairing, shimming some others and applying 3 heavy coats of high quality grip paint to the completed steps as well as scraping, cleaning and applying the grip paint to the front steps and ramp on a condo complex amenity building. We are very satisfied with the work done, they were extremely easy to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to contract John's company for further work.
