Beautiful new shades expertly installed. SO great am considering using Artivo to replace shades on ALL my windows!

First off, Nikhil was amazing to work with as he was always making sure to communicate with us so that we knew what to expect and when to expect it. Due to pandemic delays, it took some time to get our awning installed, but when the time came, Nikhil rolled up his sleeves to make sure it gone done as early as possible. He and his crew spent the whole, hot, humid day hauling the materials up to our 3rd floor balcony and making sure that the install was done just right. He stayed late that day to make sure we understood how everything worked and that all the fine tuning was done to his liking. We would definitely recommend Artivo for professional, reliable work. I have a family cottage in Muskoka and our deck is south facing. It's is impossible sitting outside in the summer and enjoy the beautiful lake. This year the family finally decided to get an awning. What a phenomenal service from Artivo Shades. I got an aluminum Pergola to shade the attached deck in my back yard and it has become and extension of our house and my favorite place to spend time. These guys were a breeze to deal with and finished the work on time despite the COVID uncertainty. They had recommended infrared heaters or side screens to keep warm from cooler/windy days, which at that point was out of our budget, but it is definitely my next thing to add-on.
