From my first interaction with Sina, he stood out. He listened to our needs due to the unique situation but also provided helpful ideas as we wanted to convert a closet beside a powder room into a barrier free shower. He understood the urgency and was able to meet our timelines. His communication and responsiveness was unparalleled, always answering any questions that came up. The quality of workmanship was fantastic! His assistant Amir was great as well. They showed up every morning and were conscious to keeping everything clean and organized. Sina and his company quite simply went above and beyond to make my mother's bathroom renovation a complete success. She lives in an apartment and we wanted to make the room safer. A bath was removed, shower installed, fixtures updated and grab bars were also added.Sina did exactly what he said he would do and finished the project on time and on budget. His selection of vendors also makes the materials buying simple. He is an excellent communicator and responsive. His work is very very good and he understands the importance of working clean in an apartment setting. I only wish we knew about his company when we had done other projects. Highly recommend Sina!!

Sina and Amir did an absolutely amazing job renovating our bathroom. From the get go, Sina came onsite to view the condo and measure everything. Most importantly, he listened and wrote down our needs and wants and provided us with thoughtful suggestions and guidance, which was super important for someone like us who is doing condo reno for the first time. The team was extremely professional especially when dealing with all the condo rules and situations. This was also super important to us as a condo owner.
