I had a great moving experience with Denis and his team! Denis was incredibly responsive to emails when coordinating the move and overall very organized. Moving day went smoothly and took less time than anticipated. Denis reviewed all charges with me multiple times before asking for payment which was appreciated. I would definitely use this moving company again!

The Simply Move crew did an excellent job moving our stored appliances into our home. They unpacked and carefully placed our fridge, stove, and freezer without any damage. Communication was quick and easy. They were on time and able to accommodate our renovation schedule. If you have special or valuable items to move, as we did, I would highly recommend Denis and his crew.

No amount of praise is enough for Denis & his company! He is the most honest, caring, detailed, pleasant , reliable & meticulous Mover I have ever worked with. I had several fragile pieces of furniture, crystal lamps, crockery etc. All these item I had inherited from my Mom so all very dear to me. Denis understood my concern and explained in detail how he will handle each item with care. He indeed handled each item extremely gently, all wrapped in moving blankets and handled gently & carefully. Even the moving trolley they used was wrapped in moving blankets so nothing gets scratched.. wow!! so impressive!! It was a long distance move, however Denis was punctual in fact he arrived before time something that never happens with movers. lol
Denis & his team carefully unpacked all my items and put these where I wanted. All my furniture pieces and crystals arrived without a scratch !! I was delighted & highly impressed!!
I can say without a doubt, Denis is the best in the business. I will always use his services and believe me guys, so should you!! You will be highly impressed by his polite demeanour, his honesty, his accessibility, his attention to detail and his absolute care handling your stuff. Denis definitely takes the fear out of Moving. Once you hand over your stuff to him, you can relax and sleep at night :)

Im still in awww with my move Denis and Muslin did an outstanding job. Even when the furniture cant come out or in these men did not give up. Anyone I know is moving I would always say call this company very respectful.

I used Simply Move on April 12th to move from apartment to a three storey townhome. Throughout the process, Denis and his crew were professional, punctual, responsive, and detail-oriented. They handled all our items with care and they also disposed our bulky items with ease. I would highly recommend this company. Great service!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from them. From confirming date of move to the end of moving day, everything was as agreed on. They were very quick and did not waste anytime. The 3 guys were very good at moving everything and being careful not to damage anything, including all the items being moved and protecting the floors, and making sure not to scrape the walls. They even give you boxes to hang your clothes, which was great. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

Denis and crew were so friendly and professional! Whatever we needed done or asked them to do, they were more than happy to help, no questions asked. They made our long distance move from the GTA to the Ottawa area so easy. We've never experienced such a simple move before this. They treated all of our things with care. We had two movers help with a challenging move, in which they did so professionally and efficiently. They were able to lift in the furniture with special equipment, when we were close to giving up hope it was possible. Would absolutely recommend this company and service.
