COMFYMOVE

Denis and team helped my family move from our downtown Toronto condo into our new east-end semi. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. This was back in 2021 when they operated as mysimplymove. They've just rebranded as Comfy Move and I thought it was time to pay it forward.

On moving day, we received a knock on our condo door at our start time exactly. They already had their truck at the loading dock and had the elevator organized and ready to go.

We surprised them with more stuff than expected, and storage lockers on 2 floors. They worked quickly and without complaint. They continued to handle our stuff with care, even as we started to face a time crunch.

The process at the new house was the same. In spite of many surprises (including them first having to re-arrange and move the construction materials left by our contractor), they quickly dove in and got to work.

In the end, I was expecting some surprise charges due to the extra work and effort involved in our project. But, none came. They honored the original price with a smile.

I will 100% use them again and recommend them to anybody looking for a quality, small-business owned mover.
