Microwave stopped working and the ice maker was constantly frosted over. Anna at Pegasus was quickly able to find a time that worked for us and Dimitry arrived at the scheduled time. New parts were required and Dimitry was able to provide accurate quotes for the new parts and labour. On the agreed date, Dimitry was back to quickly complete the repairs.
Have had no issues with either appliance since. It was a pleasure working with Dimitry and Anna and would gladly work with them again.
