Put in a request at 4:18 pm. Received response at 4:19 pm. The appliance repaired by 5:50 pm. Reasonable fee. Had the part in his vehicle! Alex was prompt, efficient, professional and honest.

Alex was terrific! Found the problem and after going to pick up the new element and installing it the oven worked great. He also said that the top element will last a while as it is only for broiling.
He was here within the hour of calling.

I got contacted by this guy after leaving my contact information here for urgent services. He showed up on time, but my fridge has the identical issue even after him 'fixing the problem.'
After two days of my persistence, I received the refund. I thank him for that.

Alex arrived within an hour and a half of my call, went out of his way to help me get the vent that I wanted and installed it quickly, checked that it was working and levelled my dryer as well. He was very pleasant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Response to my late night quote was very fast, showed up in the morning and fixed my fridge. Cost was higher then expect due to need to replace the control board. Labour was reasonable, service excellent.

I called Alex and asked him to help me as my washing machine wasn’t draining in the rinse cycle. The machines display showed an error code of OE. I googled it and it says it’s the drain pump, Alex was called based on other reviews and I couldn’t agree more with everyone else. Punctual. Wore a Mask and was knowledgeable with what he was doing. He was funny and has a great personality. He not only fixed my washer he asked me for baking sofa and vinegar to give the tub a nice fresh clean before he left! Definitely would recommend him to family and friend! Thankyou Alex!!!!

This dude was awesome. The installation was not easy - the ventahood had to fit into a predesigned space and it was a real challenge - but Alex made sure it was done perfectly. Highly recommended!
