UPDATE: This is an update to the work Beera/Ajit had completed last summer. While we were impressed by the responsiveness and quality of work completed last year, I had contacted Ajit several times last year due to the driveway strip settling unevenly a few days after the work was completed. We also noticed part of the patio/raised flower bed missing polymeric sand. He acknowledged it and promised to address it right away while constantly communicating his schedule. Given the young company, I was happy to support him and work around his schedule but the issues were not fixed. We connected again before the start of this season and Ajit came by to check the same and promised to fit in the repair work as promised under his warranty in the next 2 weeks. It's now been over 2 months since that visit and he has not confirmed a date or time to fix this. It's disheartening to see someone who I have referred over 5 people to, lose sight of what really helped his business grow. Extremely disappointed by lack of commitment and workmanship - would not refer/recommend anymore.

We were looking for someone who could help us redesign our exterior entrance and backyard. One of the stone suppliers recommended Beera for his quality of work and expertise. After interviewing and getting estimates from various contractors - we felt the most comfortable with Ajit. From the first visit, he was well spoken, took pride in his work, and helped us identify the good and bad with the design.

I hired Ajit after reviewing all estimates and was surprised to find that he was extremely competitive in pricing despite the high quality of his work. Some things that stood out:
1. Follow through with attention to detail and WHEN he said he would follow up
2. Every recommendation he made reflected his experience and expertise (even though sometimes we challenged him on it, he always provided sound reasoning and options)
3. Communication was accurate and timely

Before starting the work, Ajit came and spray pointed the outline of the work so it would help us visualize what the finished product would look like. The quality of work was incredible, he went out of his way to check in on the status daily, how happy we are with the progress and if there is anything we would want to change. The team also took the time to clean up every day to ensure the neighbours and passerbys did not see a "dirty construction site" but a home.

All in all, we are extremely thrilled to have hired Ajit and team, loved the quality and finish of the work and would highly encourage everyone to hire Beera for your project.
