A to Z Heating and Cooling

We noticed our boiler stopped working on Boxing Day. Posted a service request on Home Stars. A to Z Heating and Cooling had the most professional response and highest rating. As we have a heat pump for backup heat, we waited until the 27th to put in a call. Naveed was able to fit us in that day.
Naveed was able to quickly resolve the problem and get the boiler back in service.

Naveed and his assistant arrived promptly, right in the 1 hour time window as per the schedule we agreed on earlier in the week. They cleaned the furnace, washed the burners, reassembled it all together, and tested everything before they left. The completed all the forms as required. They worked efficiently, with due care, and cleanly. I am very happy with A to Z's service.

Needed a not used gas pipe in kitchen removed. Naveed responded and quoted immediately, price very reasonable (compared to other quotes), was able to come the next morning and complete the job, he checked and explained things I hadnt known, he also completed related tasks properly, and gave me suggestions for my furnace. I will hire him again if I need any HVAC services.

Naveed and his partner did an excellent job installing ductwork for ventilation in our workshop. He gave us a great price and completed the work on time and with high quality. Ive had many experiences with various technicians over the years but none were nearly as qualified as the A To Z team. Every year I have to repair my furnace because whoever comes to fix it before hand does a very poor job. This year after doing some research I called the A to Z crew and they were perfect! The crew was professional, respectful and organized. They knew what they were doing, unlike many others. The price for the repairs was absolutely reasonable for the quality of work they do. Its been more than 6 months and my furnace has never worked any better. I highly recommend A To Z to anyone who wants their problems to go away.

Naveed at A to Z Heating & Cooling was excellent. I found him and his assistant to be very professional. He quickly responded to my request and came up with a cost-effective solution for repairing the pilot light gas valve for my older Weil-McLain Gas Boiler. He stayed in regular communication with me and showed up the same day and at the agreed time. He fixed the boiler within an hour and charged me the price he had quoted me. No surprises. I trust these guys and will use them again for my next annual boiler servicing/cleaning. I highly recommend the A to Z guys.
