Dan found the issue and resolved it when the Home Inspector recommended replacing.

Home inspector tested the kitchen's exhaust fan and concluded it is not working and recommended it be replaced. Dan came in inspected the unit and found a cardboard behind the netted opening. He removed it and it started working. Saved me tons of money. Paid him his gas cost.
