Great job, great price, highly recommended

Moving & Storage review in Old Toronto

Needed a new gas fireplace finished with natural stone tile. We already had the tiles, so just needed someone to cut and install them. Most quotes we got seemed outrageous, but the quote from Bailerys Tile and Masonry seemed very fair. Wayne was quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant, even giving some extra tips and info. We really liked the way he worked and the job he did. Couldnt recommend more!

Front porch slate tile installation

Wayne was a pleasure to work with, he was response and very professional.

I had old tile on my front porch that was poorly installed. Wayne took off the old tile and installed very nice natural slate tiles.

He did a great job on the tiling and we are very pleased with the outcome. I will be using Wayne on my next tiling project. Highly recommend.

Bathroom shower floor and wall tiling

I was very happy with the work that Wayne completed at our home. We had asked Wayne to repair the bathroom shower floor tiles which had cracked in less than 5 years after a poor job done by the previous installer. We also needed to have a part of the wall tiled as the paint was sloughing off.

We found Wayne to be honest and professional in all of his communications. He was punctual to the date/time to do the work and always left the work site clean. Wayne truly cared about his work and this clearly came through the quality of his work. The pricing was also reasonable. I would highly recommend Wayne.

Remove and install ceramic tiles

We hired Baileys Tiles and Masonry to remove ceramic tiles and install new ones. Wayne, the owner of the company, started the job on time and continued until the job was done. He and his helper Devon took pride in their work, aiming always for the best results. Wayne was always accommodating. He cleaned after the days work and left everything in order. He went out of his way not to disturb. Wayne and Devon worked well together. They were friendly and respectful. We have no hesitation in recommending Bailys Tiles and Masonry to anyone. For us he was 10+.

What started out as a hellish sight in the basement due to floor drain replacement is now, thanks to Wayne Bailey and Devon, a beautiful space that I actually want to spend time in. Working with Wayne & Devon was such a pleasure! They were on time, worked diligently and were very accommodating. Tile installation and grout

I needed some tiles to be installed in my new bathroom in the basement .Wayne was one of the few contractors I reached out to that responded promptly and made time In his busy schedule to come over measure out how much tile was needed square footage for the job and a timeframe.
He responded to my texts and gave helpful advice as to how to finish up the waterproofing membrane, to prep it before he came over and started the job. He cleaned up after the job and proved to me and my wife why it's worth it to get a professional to do tile work .
