I was coming very close to the move in date for the home I had been intensively renovating for the past 2 months. I intended to do this install myself, thinking this amateur plumber could handle it. I was overwhelmed with unexpected jobs and decided to call a plumber. It was a last minute call out to homestars and Drain Care came through, attending for this 1/2 day job in 2 days!

The guys were great to deal with and both very professional and personable. The job was bigger than they first anticipated (I’m glad I didn’t take it on after I saw what they had to do), but a few hours of hard graft and the work was done.

Really great service and smooth installation of a powder room wall mountable sink with drawers and a laundry utility sink, both done in under 4hrs as initially estimated. Thank you !

We have an outdoor faucet and every couple of years the PVC pipe splits. I reached out to Drain Care last night and Danny called me back right away. Was quick to response, I sent him a picture of the pipe, it was literally a 5 minute job. He booked a time right away and confirmed the next morning.

Danny called again and when he was 30 minutes out, very courteous and punctual. He even fixed the faucet as it was away from the wall and first person to do that without asking. We have had this pipe fixed several times and he took the time to do it of his own accord.

He even removed a hose piece that was stuck to the reel! Was very impressed and went about and beyond.

Very prompt response to my request. The team did the job well and fixed the clogged drain effectively. Provided suggestions on how to prevent recurrences in the future. I’m very satisfied with their service. Highly recommended.
