I hired RGM to remove 800 sq ft of stucco and full paintining of my cieling my town home. I spoke to george who quoted me over the phone . We agreed on a price of $2900. Included in the 800 sq ft was about 30 sq ft of patch and painting . Again this was part of the 800 sq ft. Upon his arrival George decided that it would be extra without explicitly stating it would be. Im thinking okay were still good on $2900. He took 2 days to complete the job on Dec 16, and Dec 17th. He turned on all the lights and showed me the finished product. Then upcharged me and said it will be $3000 for the 800 sq ft. So i said okay he finished quickly and it looked decent. So I gave him $3000. After paint dried and i saw the cieling in natural light, I noticed all these streaks from the rushed painting job. Furthermore there were areas around my potlights and were not painted at all and left bare. Also, pieces of stucco were still left on the cieling.

I call George back on and mention all the imperfections and touch ups he needs to fix. He said he will be there on the sunday Dec 20th.

I waited all sunday for him and he never showed or called. I call him back to ask when hes comming back for the touch ups , next he tells me he hes going overseas for a few months! I have been sending , texts and calls trying to get this guy to fix his rushed stucco job qnd until this day he still hasnt come back to complete the touch ups , Ignoring my calls and texts.

If your thinking of hiring this guy , dont bother if you dont want the headache. He took money and ran and never returned . George is a Dishonest, untrustworthy human being.

We hired RMG Contracting to remove popcorn ceiling from our entire home.
George was very responsive, came in person to measure the ceiling to see what was needed and came in at a good price compared to a few other quotes that I had received.
George and his team were amazing to have, were very friendly and knowledegable and even helped to touch up a few other areas.
He covered everything from the ceiling to the floors & after they had cleaned up - there was no evidence that work had been done at all! Very good cleanup job!
The ceiling is now completely flat, and he smoothed out areas that were visibly uneven when the popcorn was on.
You will not be disappointed if you bring your business to George & team!
Will definitely use George's services again, when needed and recommend him to friends & family.

George and Jay did a great job in removing the popcorn ceilings upstairs and painting the walls. The took over from a contractor who left the job midway and left my place even cleaner than they found it. Their work is beautiful and they were a pleasure to work with. It's nice to find people who do what they say they are going to do and clearly take so much pride in their work!

Out of all the quotes we received, George's quote was the most reasonable and had the quickest turnaround time. George and his colleague did an amazing job. They patched up over 16 potlight holes and repaired a few cracks in our ceiling. We are very happy with our smooth ceiling. Thank-you!

George was fast, reliable and efficient when repairing cracks in a bedroom ceiling caused by the structures aging process. He confidently identified the affected areas and addressed them with a a strategic placement of a ceiling screws combined with plaster. He then smoothed and repainted the ceiling and cleaned up after himself. The result is a good as-new ceiling in a nearly centurys old Toronto home.

He went to our house and took measurements and provided a quote. We arranged and agreed upon on the date to start the job. George and his buddy did a wonderful job smoothing the ceiling and it was completed on time as planned. After completion of the job, they clean the house very well and left no mess behind. George did an unbelievable job in removing popcorn and restoring the ceiling to a perfectly flat and flawless finish in a three-story townhome. He was beyond meticulous - the ceiling is now so beautiful it looks like new construction! For what is by its nature a messy job George kept the site completely neat and dust free and left everything spotless!! George was punctual and fast. He was true to his commitment, affordable and did an amazing job repairing and re-finishing our ceilings. This was the second time we hired RMG for popcorn ceiling removal. The job is flawless, they are very meticulous and are proud to leave behind a clean and dust free area. They are polite and greatly accommodating. Very satisfied.

We had the most horrendous popcorn ceilings in our living room, dining room, and upstairs and downstairs halls. I never thought they would ever be able to look good. George came and he did an amazing job! I still keep looking a them with disbelief of how they turned out. He also removed and fixed a part of the ceiling that was bowed and found out that it had no 2 x 4s to hold it and went ahead and fixed that plus made sure it was all level which took extra time which he did not charge for. I am so happy with the job he did I have asked him to repair my walls in the same area and paint. I highly recommend R.M.G. Contracting!!
