I ordered replacement of Double Pane windows with Triple.
However, some windows got Alex installed have been Double Pane windows.

It means I paid money for nothing.

Alex declined to reimburse money or fix the issue.

He stopped returning my calls as soon as I've found a problem

The guys did a great job, from first contact to follow-up.

They removed all the old windows and left the place extremely clean.

The windows work perfect and my home is warm and functional.

Alex and his team recently replaced all windowson on our house in Saint Catharines. We was provided excellent customer service, explained all the options in details and gives amazing quote. Windows were installed on time and very professional. Installers leaved the placed cleaned.
