My husband and I had a great experience with Evelina and the team. On short notice, we sold our small downtown condo and bought a fixer upper in the west end. Evelina came in with 2 days notice and staged our condo top to bottom so it would look modern and trendy for our open house (it was a 2 yr old hip condo with young tenants). We sold the condo $50k over asking in 12 hours!! The buyers even asked to purchase the furniture that was used. This service was definitely worth our investment.
