Very happy with our installation that Nick and Rob did for us.
Nick is very good with communicating and they arrived when promised.
They left a clean work site and were very professional and friendly.

Two weeks ago I called Gazebro to enquire about assembling a gazebo I purchased at Canadian tire and spoke with Robert. He was very professional, outlined costs, when he could do the work, how long it would take, etc.

This week Robert and Nick (“the Gazeebros”) arrived on the time agreed to, and proceeded to expertly and professionally set up a 10x12 gazebo in about 4 hours !

During the set-up they noticed a minor manufacturing flaw in one of the parts and helped me to contact the manufacturer to have a new part sent ,and, agreed to drop by and re-install the part when it arrives!
They were knowledgeable, were willing to share their
knowledge, and were both guys you would “have a beer
with”
When the job was completed, they totally cleaned up the yard and work area,
In a nutshell, Robert and Nick were very professional, fast, efficient, and cost effective (important to a senior like me)- they will be my go-to source for my (and my families) future landscaping needs!

After interviewing several contractors to undertake a significant outdoor renovation project which included some major earthwork and engineering, we couldn't have chosen a better partner for the job in Rob and Gazeebro.

Our project included:

-The removal of plants, fencing, and old structures located on a fairly steep hill.
-Engineering and installation of 3 heavy-loadbearing retaining walls
-Designing and installing a custom stone patio and water feature
-Installing a large cedar studio shed on a concrete bed.
-Custom stone steps
-Custom fence and gate surrounding the entire property
-Staining fence and shed
-Sourcing and planting 25+ mature trees and several dozen unique and hard-to-find Japanese specimen plants.
-Custom outdoor lighting solution to highlight the stonework as well
as specimen trees/plants
-Grading and Sodding of backyard
-An interlocked custom parking pad (front yard)
-Regrading existing interlock in the front entryway and installing new custom stone pyramid-style steps leading to the front entry.

This project was a significant undertaking with many unforeseen challenges along the way; but throughout the process, we witnessed pride, work ethic, integrity, reliability, craftsmanship, talent, and incredible attention to detail and quality. Day in, day out.

Rob is not only highly skilled in his trade, but he is exceptionally gifted from a design perspective with an uncanny imagination and eye for aesthetics, coupled with tremendous creativity.

We're beyond thrilled with the final product, quality of craftsmanship, and the value we received from a cost perspective. The saying goes "you get what you pay for"...and we feel we got more than what we paid for. Each item on the project list is executed flawlessly with tremendous care and craftsmanship, but the sum of all parts makes for a truly stunning new outdoor space that our family will enjoy for decades to come!

We were in a pinch...my father had just arrived home from the hospital following emergency open heart surgery. That same week our prefabricated shed (that my father was supposed to assemble) arrived!

I purchased a gazebo for my backyard and I ultimatley decided to contact Gazeebro to do the installation, after contacting other companies and reading the amazing reviews about them. Robert got in touch very quickly, after my initial inquiry, and set up my install date. From start to finish, the crew (Sasha and Chyz) were professional, polite, approachable, friendly, and efficient. They ensured that they did not scratch up the patio stones and removed all the waste left in my space. For those looking for a reliable company to put up a gazebo, I would recommend this company. Their price is competitive (I called quite a few places before deciding on Gazeebro) and they are one of the few that will anchor it to your patio stones. Creating a gazebo from scratch is VERY labour intensive, and Gazeebro is worth the investment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
