Highly recommend!! 10/10 The Aqua-Tech team (onsite estimate and pre installation communication); Scheduling (office) and Installation Crew all were prompt, professional and responsive to my inquiries during all phases of this project. The installation was completed on time and on budget. The installation team took great care inside my home and cleaned up perfectly when the days work was done.

I cant say enough about this amazing group of people and by the looks of all the google reviews, we all had the same experience. Aquatech Vancouver Heating &Air conditioning truly exceeded my expectations. They replaced both my old furnace and hot water tank with a Mitsubishi heat pump and Navien tankless on-demand hot water heater. These are the people that got me through the installs and administration: 1. Jonathan: Our initial point of contact, Jonathan, impressed us with his professionalism, organization, and extensive knowledge. His expertise won my husband over during our first interaction. When we met again during a second visit, Jonathan patiently explained the heat pump process to me, as I was new to this technology. He even collaborated with us on vent placement, finding creative solutions that suited our needs. We met other technicians from other companies and they didnt have the same professionalism. And the quotes from other companies just couldnt compare to the quote from Aquatech. It was an easy decision. 2. The Installation Crew (led by Mukhpreet): The installation team was outstanding. They worked efficiently while maintaining a clean and tidy work environment in our home. We had 4-5 trucks in our driveway with a full crew. Mukhpreet and the team ensured our satisfaction each day, going above and beyond to address any concerns. On the final day, Mukhpreet stayed late until I got home to personally explain the system to us, ensuring we felt comfortable with its operation. The team was clean, efficient and respectful of our home. 3. Alanna: And Im saving the best for last. Alanna provided exceptional support throughout the entire process. From managing timelines to pre and post assessments and rebates, she guided me ever so patiently. Annoying phone calls from me only to be answered so politely and thoroughly until I felt comfortable with the process. Alanna truly understands the importance of customer service, ensuring the customer has all the information and is available for questions. I really dont know how she does it, because even though I felt like I was her only customer, I knew she had a long list of other people she needed to help. And thanks to her efforts, we were able to take advantage of all available rebates, making our investment even more worthwhile. I think shes still looking for rebates for me! The whole process was so smooth and they scheduled us in quickly and had it all done within 3 days. It is now post install and Aquatech are still supporting us with any questions we have or if we require further guidance. We love our new heat pump and tankless heater. Our house is now balanced with the right temperature on all floors and every room. Thanks Guys, I wish you could do all our reno's!

After getting quotes from 8 other companies for a heat pump/mini-split system, we were feeling frustrated and demoralized by pushy sales tactics, ridiculously short labour warranties, lack of knowledge about government rebates, and overinflated quotes. Aquatech was the last company we reached out to, and we almost wrote them off due to how busy they were and the time it would take to get their quote. Thankfully my husband pointed out that busy was a good thing and to my surprise, Aquatech opened up their schedules in order to accommodate our timeline, which offered our first glimmer of hope. During our initial meeting with Jonathan, it became clear that Aquatech knows what they're doing. From giving us a clear idea of how the lines would be run, to confirming outdoor unit placement per our specifications, Jonathan proved to be both professional and very technically knowledgeable. Unlike with a few other companies' sales associates, I never felt intimidated or pressured when speaking with him. Although unable to beat our lowest quote, Aquatech was able to come close while also boasting a substantial labour warranty. Despite a snafu with the delayed availability of Mitsubishi equipment that we had originally been quoted for, Aquatech set us up with an even better Daikin system, while still adhering to our budget and timeline (May 2023). The install crew got the job done in 4 days, bringing in more team members as needed to ensure the schedule was kept to. Kudos to the lead, Yusaku, for being attentive to our concerns and questions every step of the way. We really enjoyed working with him, and the team seemed to have fun together despite the heat and complexity of the job. Our Daikin system runs well and is super quiet, and the lines look great and so clean -- I honestly don't even notice them when I am in our yard, which was my biggest fear in moving forward with a ductless mini-split/heat pump install. We are very happy with Aquatech's work and would definitely use them again for any future HVAC needs that arise.

I researched Consumer Reports for the most reliable brands of heat pumps with highest customer satisfaction, and chose American Standard because they had a local installer in Vancouver BC. Aquatech sized, quoted and installed an American Standard heat pump. They also took care of all the paperwork to apply for municipal, provincial and federal grants. The work was done on time, on budget, with minimal impact on our life during the install. The tech crew (Arman, Arkan, and Manjinder) were professional, friendly, helpful and responsive to requests. Altogether a good experience! I can recommend Aquatech to others considering a heat pump.

These guys were great. Needed a new water heater and they did not disappoint. Always worried about trying a new mechanic but the anxiety washed away as soon as I spoke with the manager on the phone. He assured me about the work, schedule and price and the boys that showed up went above and beyond on the installation. Great local business, already planning to do work with Aquatech again.

I went to Yelp and got quote from around 10 companies and AquaTech has the most reasonable price. Other companies were charging in the range up to $5000 for hot water tank replacement. Jonathan Kwon was able get the task done smoothly with no issues. There were no hidden cost. Highly recommended.

My gas fireplace was not working and I required to get it checked and serviced. I called Aquatech and Jonathan could give me an appointment right away. Jonathan arrived on time and did a thorough check. We found the service really great and Jonathan took his time to explain the issue in detail and shared some good technical information too. Really recommend Jonathan.

I called these guys up for a last minute job and they were there the next day. Very pro. On time, Quick quote and handled the permit and the inspection. I would use them again.
