We hired Arbor Art to remove a dead tree plus trim some high bushes and trees. We were very satisfied with the work done. My only comment is that they were not good at phoning to let us know when they were coming until just before they arrived so we could be available to pay them. Otherwise we were very pleased with work done.

I was lucky to stumble upon Arbor Art, the gentleman was very knowledgeable. Did an amazing job in pruning down the lilac bushes, was meticulously neat and tidy, Definitely recommended !!

We were looking for a company to trim our privacy hedges along our fence line. Read all the Homestar reviews and contacted those we were interested in to provide a quote. Their quote was neither on the high end nor the low end but what made me decide on Arbor Art was their professionalism and knowledge of their field. We had other vendors come and provide us quotes but were not able to give us answers to the questions we had regarding the care of the hedges and concerns about debris going into our pool. Some were more focused on upselling their other services. We felt some of the other vendors were not as interested in getting our business unless we agreed to more work done or covered our pool.
Arbor Art, came in took measurements, pictures and explained the steps his team would take to perform the task requested. He answered all my questions and reassured me that they would collect any debris that would fall and even asked me to leave the skimming net and pole so he can skim the pool of fallen debris. He did not try to sell me on products or other services and was focused on ensuring the job we wanted his team to do was the main focus. 

Once we contacted them agreeing to hire them, i was advised that they will contact me once the weather cleared up as they were behind due to the rainstorms we had had for the last couple days.
As soon there was break in the weather, i was contacted immediately to ask if they could start the following day. It was explained that I would not need to be home and they would just need access to the backyard. 
They came in, trimmed the hedges with precision and kept their word of removing all the trimmings and left our yard with no mess.
I highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again to trim some tall trees on my property.

Upon Natasha contacting me about the job, she had Levgen come out to our property within 30 minutes to walk through our yard so a quote could be prepared. We accepted the quote given and Levgen and his crew were at my home within a week to do the project. My husband and I are very happy with the professional manner from Art Arbor . Levgen and his team cleaned up and removed all material very well. We would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again .

Showed up on time, trimmed all the branches as discussed, cleaned up afterwards, concerned about the health of the tree, couldnt ask for more. They were awesome!

We hired Arbor Art to remove a very large silver maple from our backyard. Given the location (difficult to access and overhanging our home and our neighbor's) and the cavities in the tree that deemed it hazardous, they had to use a lift. They were very professional throughout the whole process, taking the time to do the job right and taking care to not damage our lawn as much as possible. They did a very thorough cleanup when it was all finished. Communication was also very good and the quote was competitive. Would recommend them and hire them again without hesitation.

We hired the Arbor Art team for a second time and again we were satisfied with their service. They did a great job in removing a big tree in our ravine. I want to thank them for their dedication and excellence in their job.

MY CEDAR TREES FELL OVER IN THE WINTER AND WERE NOW PERMANENTLY BENT OVER. I AM A DISABLED SENIOR AND WHEN I CALLED ARBOR THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AND STRAPPED THE TREES BACK UP. IT LOOKS LIKE NEW AGAIN. THEY ALSO WERE KIND ENOUGH TO REMOVE OLD MULCH FOR ME. VERY NICE FELLOWS AND GOOD WORK. TRY THEM YOU WILL BE PLEASED.
