Renotec Renovation

I contacted Nima at Renotec to help me address a troubling issue with a shower in an apartment that we inherited from a family member who passed-on earlier in the year. The situation was sensitive and complex and required immediate action and discretion. From the moment I reached out to him, the experience working with Nima and his team was a pleasure, especially after having dealt with other contractors who either a) didnt call me back, b) didnt show up to scheduled appointments, c) were openly and blatantly dishonest and untrustworthy and d) overcharged on their quotes for the most basic of tasks. Nima made what was an otherwise stressful and frustrating experience much more tolerable, with good, clear and timely communication, fantastic quality and worksmanship, a professional and friendly attitude, and prices that did not deviate from the initial quote. My experience with Nima and Renotec was consistent throughout the job they performed, and Im happy that I chose them for this work. Its hard sometimes to find someone you can trust in this industry, and so I wouldnt think twice about using Renotecs services again (and I will be doing that shortly for some work in my own home), and would highly recommend them to family and friends looking for any type of work for their bathrooms.

I loved my new bathrooms, they are just modern and beautiful and working with Nima, and the whole Renotec team was a joy.
This was the first renovation of our lives, and you hear terrifying stories; well, this is NOT one of those. It was a smooth process; all our questions were responded to with patience, I learned a lot, and we were guided through all the decisions. A very professional team!

We recently renovated our main washroom through Renotec under the Supervision of Nima and his team. We were prior informed of the time frame and the renovation cost involved. I would like to say that Nima was very precise in his estimation of both time and money. His commitment to the entire project was very professional. Nima and his team were punctual, thorough, and at the end of each day they ensured that left the area very clean. Nima's polite behavior is commendable. We are extremely happy with the work done, and not only would like to work again with them but would also definitely recommend him to all my family, friends and neighbours!!!!

Nina and his team did a fantastic job they went over the top making sure I didn't have any leaks in the basement bathroom they redid the cement board as it was going to cause leaks the way it was installed they spent quite a bit of time making sure the toilet was secured properly you get what you pay for everybody loves the bathroom look and my gas are constantly taking pictures

Nima at Renotec completed work at our house on a bathroom renovation and additional repair/plaster/finishing in an adjoining bedroom. His work was excellent - diligent, attention to detail, and broad knowledge. I also really appreciated his ongoing communication about the progress on the project. Nima went above and beyond, taking the time to help out and offer advice where he didn't have to. Happy to recommend!

Nima contacted we soon after I added my job on Homestars. He was upfront as to the timing of when he would be able to perform the job and provided an estimated once I provided pictures. He came by to see the job in person and explained what needed to be done. He completed the job when he said he would, completed it in two visits/days. Very clean, thorough and very happy with the job.

Drywall is opened due to fixing drain. It was insulated and fixed well. The job is neat, I like it.

Nima came to fix a huge hole in my bathroom wall. He was very nice and professional, let me know in advance when he was coming and was on time. He did a great job patching up my wall and cleaning up afterwards. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a similar job.
