The ice maker stopped working and had to be replaced. I called LG who referred the work to Nimbley Appliance Repair. Dennis immediately called and suggested I see if I qualified for a promotion that LG was providing for appliances requiring repair when the warranty was finished. I did so and qualified! Thank you Dennis. Your service and professionalism is appreciated! Work completed and I’ve maker is working! I would absolutely recommend Nimbley Appliance Repair.

New Samsung fridge doesn’t wanna freeze properly. Called Dennis and guy shows up the same day. Checks over fridge and it’s ALL covered under warranty.
Full marks for this repair company.
1) actually answered my call.
2) shows up the same day I call.
3) gets me fixed up so I have ice cubes for my gin & tonic.
4) I call Dennis before purchasing any major appliances just for piece of mind.

I was not able to get through a wash cycle without error. Turns out it was my set up but they went through everything and made sure the machine was working properly. Friendly and efficient!

My 4 year old fridge stopped cooling. I contacted LG and they sent Nimbly. Dennis called me right away and gave me a time he would be here. They showed up on time and were personable and professional. Dennis explained the situation and answered all my questions. They completed the repair quick and successfully. Dennis came right on time to fix the motor ( drain motor) on my LG washing machine. As he was taking it apart he was showing me things that will help keep my machine running smoothly . Preventative maintenance he said . Things that I didn’t know that will help keep my washing machine running smoothly for years . He answered all my questions.
When the motor was replaced he found another issue . The drum wouldn’t spin . He thought it was a board ( not sure what is was called) he said he thought he had the part at home . He ran home and replaced it at no extra charge!!!!!!! That is amazing . It’s been a long time since I met someone so helpful and honest ! My washing machine is running fantastic!!!!!! I would definitely recommend this company !!! If I could give him 10 stars I would .
