Richard was very knowledgable in selling a 44" linear fireplace to us and helped draw a plan for our basement fireplace/TV wall. When the time came for delivery/installation he made a special trip into Toronto to pick up a part when we became tight on timing and could not wait for the supplier. Daryl the installer was great with the fireplace and gas line installation. It was all done neatly and efficiently. Off staff was friendly and helpful.
