Hello Kathy,
We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience with our company.
You indicated that you are not happy that the television structure was built to house the entire television; however, our contractor was asked by your husband on the day of the installation to build the structure as such, changing it from our original sketches provided to you. Although it was not our preference to build it this way, our contractor did so because he was specifically asked to by the customer on site. At this time, our contractor returned to repair some mistakes he made in this original build on his own time; however, nothing was said at this second visit either about your unhappiness with the size of the niche and you had him repair to the same specs you originally instructed him to build.
Even though we constructed what was asked of us, we still attempted to appease you at our cost and rebuild the TV niche and during these correspondences, we realized that with the unreasonable blame and expectations that were continuing to be expressed that this situation could not be resolved with you. You are still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty; however, we cannot offer the warranty on any labour as your invoice has not been paid in full and we cannot provide warranty for something not fully paid for.
