Ontario Garage Doors

I recently had the opportunity to work with Ahmed (Ed) and Ontario Garage Doors. Our experience was exceptional fro our initial visit to completion.

* Ahmed explained ALL the options and costs upfront and thoroughly and easy to reach with questions before the install for concerns
* what was promised was delivered
* the installer, Mike, was courteous, efficient and even asked for approval to run the power lines in certain directions, to maximize the aesthetics

Service with a few hours! I called at 8 am and had a service technician by 12:30. The spring was broken on my garage door opener and both cars were stuck in the garage. I wish I knew the technicians name because he was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with preventative options that undoubtedly have saved me further headache. Thank you!

Ed's comprehensive presentation helped us decide on his company to replace our old garage door. He even advised us on the exact paint to use for the trim (which we also used to paint our front door and window shutters....fabulous curb appeal!).
Mike's expertise, efficiency and positive attitude in installing the new Clopay door convinced us that we had made the right decision.

We replied to an hour and buy and sell aunt and order the garage door that was installed this past week. The work was done within three hours. Everything cleaned up and left knee afterwards walked me through the app for the garage door opener all in all just a great job.

The team was professional. I initially talked with Ed for the estimate given current market conditions which was entirely reasonable. Ed is very realistic and down to earth and is a no nonsense person. He gives his opinion fair and straight up. At no point did I feel he was trying to deceive or up sell me. Unlike some other companies.

His staff also reflect this. Initially my top panel had a warp and it was easy for his team to order a replacement and install under warranty.

Ed even personally installed the replacement himself for me.

Overall, I would recommend his team again. His no-nonsense, honest and down to earth customer service is refreshing and I am confident in the product I am buying.

I was very happy with the service and product. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies I called. They were able to accommodate doing it on the long weekend. Technician Henry was very friendly and professional job was done in a timely manner as promised. I definitely recommend!!

Ed showed up and recognized the problem and solved it immediately. He only charged me for the replacement part and no labour because he was in the neighbourhood and he knew how to solve it immediately. This is the 2nd time I used their services and both times the problems were quickly fixed for a reasonable price.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, quick and efficient service, was able to answer my questions in a straightforward manner. Highly recommended!
