Eithan replied my message few minutes after my call, he messaged me when it is convenient for me to come, 15 minutes before he arrived,he called to notify me.
He worked fast,cleaned up after, and the price very reasonable.
He is friendly.
We had a good experience with him.

McPipe Plumbing was very responsive to our call regarding a clogged kitchen sink. They were very professional from the get go and explained to us the possible solutions that were involved. Throughout our experience with them, we felt the honesty and knowledge they presented. We felt very comfortable leaving them to deal with out problem and do what they do best. The result did not disappoint - everything they had promised came true like magic. McPipe plumbing was very responsive to our basement sewer back up. They showed up on time, gave us an idea of the cost along with a best case and worst case scenarios. They were very professional and selves our main drain clog the same day! When the problem was done with, they gave us a run down of what they did as well as some tips on how to prevent this type of issue from returning. We were pleased with their professionalism, work ethics and most of all honesty. I think we just found ourselves the right company for all our future plumbing needs! Highly recommended!

Our toilet in the office was clogged very badly. It was an urgent matter as customers had an out-of-service washroom that smelled terrible due to the toilet not flushing. We called McPipe Plumbing as they were were recommended to us by friends. Ethan, answered the phone and promised he'd get back to us with an ETA in about an hour. That's exactly what he did - a man of his word. Nowadays it's quite difficult to find an honest plumber who not only returns your calls and talks the talk, but ome who also walks the walk. Ethan was able to show up shortly after returning our call and snaked our toilet. The problem was fixed and the toilet was up and running like new. Ethan also took the extra step of cleaning the bowl of the toilet and the surrounding areas. It seemed like the toilet was never clogged! Thanks again Ethan and McPipe Plumbing for the quick and professional response. Would definitely use them in the future and recommend to friends and family!

Just bought a pretty old house and asked Ethan to help with a general inspection and miscellaneous repairs.
Ethan went above and beyond my expectations. He responded quickly, showed up on time, kept good track and addressed every single issues we discussed, all for a very fair price.
He is also very experienced with older homes and really understands priorities. He helped to identify various issues, and understanding that we have limited budget right after a home purchase, proposed very reasonable short term and long term plans.
He's also incredibly helpful and patient. We knew next to nothing about plumbing before, and asked a hundred questions about how stuff work, and whether and why we need to do certain things. He always gives us clear and detailed reply to every single question, and telling us that we are welcome to ask further questions.
I know I can trust Ethan with all our future plumbing repairs and maintenance, and will absolutely recommend him to all our friends.

When our toilet broke McPipe Plumbing was able to send someone the next day to install a new toilet. The service was professional and the installation was done quickly.

Ethan did a wonderful job in replacing a thermostatic mixing valve for our shower. Removing the old valve was like playing three dimensional Tetris and he ultimately employed a strategy that I would never have considered.
Once the new valve was connected, Ethan spent a lot of time ensuring all the finer details were just right, including that the coverplate was perfectly vertical.
We are very happy with the final result and would recommend Ethan to anyone else looking for a plumber.

Ethan was super responsive and very helpful when I contacted him. He arrived the same day, taking every Covid-19 precaution.
