Hero Services have been great to deal with, getting a quote from them was very easy and the info provided was thorough. They email me after each snowfall to give a time estimate of when they will complete the removal, which was very handy while I was on vacation. I’m very happy to see that Hero completely clears the walkways so there is no ice buildup. I’ve since renewed the service for another month, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Hero service offers a monthly flat rate snow removal service. They are on top of communicating when you can expect to have your snow cleaned. The sidewalk and driveway always looks good. I will use them again next winter.
