From the sounds of it, you were happy with the quality of work and that is great to hear! Thank you for mentioning that he wore his mask diligently, politely removed his shoes each time and completed the work very efficiently, even under time! I'm sorry you felt the price was excessive. This was a last minute request and we did send a quote that you signed off on and approved so we were under the impression that you thought it was fair. We always stand by our prices whether they finish quickly or slowly so that our customers know exactly what they are paying before we arrive, preventing "add on" charges at the end of the visit. Thank you for having your payment ready for Robin. Due to COVID-19, we do a lot of our billing and invoicing off site to avoid exchanging card to hands and preventing the spread. Yes, we would prefer to settle it onsite and will consider and think of safe ways we can implement your suggestion.
