High Level - Movers Ottawa

Alex and Sam were the two gentlemen to moved us. It was a small move with the exception of an IKEA bed frame (a real difficult put together). They could not get it out the door but they managed to take it apart without damaging it and actually put it back together as well. Great service overall. Polite, didn't waste time, efficient and on time. Extremely happy with High Level Movers and particularly with Alex and Sam.

The movers were kind but VERY slow. It seemed like they didn't have much experience in moving things. Only one of the two movers did all the disassembly and reassembly (of a bed and treadmill) and it took a lot longer than expected. I started helping moving things into the home because they were so slow. We only had two bedrooms worth of things to move plus a treadmill and it took them the full 7 hours to complete the move. I've had a whole home worth of things moved before in less than 5 hours. It was very disappointing.

Just received my Piano and wanted to say how impressed I was with the care and attention to detail in the packing and shipping. Not only did the piano arrive safe and sound, but it seems to still be in tune! Thanks again. Hope you have continued success.

The movers were very patient and understanding and took the time to make sure our furniture was handled properly. They even took apart the sofa and put it back together after moving to the new place. Kudos to Raleigh and Ahmed for a job well done.

Excellent service! I am hesitant at first to have this service as to think that they might scratch my furniture. Good thing that I made my decision and i did hire them. They exceeded my expectations. They were very careful to all my furniture and the staff were all polite. Kudos to all of them specially to Sam and Alex who managed my move very smoothly for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! This company is dishonest and has no integrity or customer service. Hired Alex out of the Ottawa office to move and store furniture. The move out was fine, moving back in was not... There was damage to a dresser and a foot from a desk missing. While trying to hide the issue, Alex and his partner put a screw in the missing foot which caused the desk to be out of level. With the dresser, Alex advised that he would find the part to complete the repair and that there was no need to report it to their office as he would take care of it, this was witnessed by at least three people. Alex claimed to be the Ottawa branch manager with authority on these items. A week later and the company refuses to accept the claim, Alex is no longer answering calls and refuses to make the situation right. The replacement cost is $170, they have offered $50. Shameful!

Update to review: Please see the company's response contradicting their note that they were not advised of the damages. Alex reported the damages the day of the work, they have acknowledged this. Now they are hiding from the obligations. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS DISHONEST GROUP!!!!

I called High level movers on a very short notice and they were able to accommodate me.
The team they sent me is great.
Alex and his team were amazing and professional. Simply, the best!

Do NOT use this company. Careless movers who don’t wrap up furniture or strap it up and basically stuff everything in the truck putting expensive upholstered on dirty truck floor. I had 7 pieces of furniture with grease marks, scratched, gouged and broken. If you value your furniture DON’T use this company. And when you complain, the moving boys didn’t tell the truth and said they had covered and strapped everything. So how did a huge patch of grease get on the underside of my $9000 vintage chair? Or grease on other pieces. They are careless and now the company is making it difficult for me to get compensation. They are careless and took no responsibility and are giving me the run around.

Thanks to this company for a good and quality move. I had not moved for a long time and the move was very difficult. 3bd house took 10 hours for two guys. my wife and I were afraid and worried, but the guys calmed us down and took good care of our things. Philip and Eduardo. I advise all these guys. especially for those with a piano or heavy staff. thanks to high level movers for the quality work. now I will use only this company !!!

Eric and Eduardo were excellent movers! Really polite and very efficient. They made our move much less stressful. We really appreciated their help and will be recommending them to family and friends.
