While they were responsive and did come next day, they had only a cursory look at the dishwasher and informed us that it would need a replacement drain pump. After waiting over a month for the replacement part to come in, which they claimed was on back-order, I received an email that said the part was not available and that they would refund the deposit which was well over $200. Still no refund to date and now the phone number is not in service and the emails bounced back. Guess I got hosed. Oh, by the way, the only thing wrong with the dishwasher was that the hose was clogged. Shame on me... Hope this protects at least one of you out there...
