Stages Construction renovated our hall bathroom and our en-suite. In the en-suite, we reconfigured the bathroom. We were very pleased with the quality of the work done, the scheduling and communication, and the prompt reply to questions/inquiries. Warren was excellent to deal with and I would hire him again.

We got the name “Stages Construction” from a friend who referred Warren to us. Warren provided us with other referrals, both of whom were very happy with his work, and recommended him to us.

Engaged Stages to help design, oversee and for some aspects, the actual demolition and reconstruction of the main floor of a recently purchased bungalow. Warren provided a detailed cost estimate with detailed time line for the execution of the project. The project came in pretty much on budget and on time. We were very pleased with the quality of Warrens work, the quality of the sub contractors and warrens ability to communicate and work with us.
Following this project we engaged Stages for two other projects (new deck and a basement gas fireplace) for this house. We highly recommend Stages Construction.

I would recommend this company to anyone doing renovations! Warren is very talented and professional. He did a great job reconstructing our kitchen. We gutted it and had him remove a wall to open up the main floor area. He replaced the kitchen cabinets, the floor, and counters. We needed to replace some hardwood in the dining area. The hardwood was really hard to find, so Warren took the hardwood out of a closet replaced that hardwood with a slightly different one and installed the closet hardwood in dining area. You can not see any flaws what so ever. It is perfect!
Warren also fixed a couple of holes in our basement ceiling. He did yet another great job. You can not tell where the holes were.
One other great aspect of Warren's work it that he leaves his work sight very clean when he is finished work each day.

We were very impressed with the work done by Warren and his team. The work and final product exceeded our expectations. The team made sure that we were always up to date on the project, the site was always clean, and we couldn't be happier.

Basement bathroom renovation. The scope involved moving the toilet, installing travertine tile on the floor and in the shower, new vanity and lighting.

We supplied the materials while Warren and his subcontractors did all the labor and installation.

Warren kept us well informed of the planned activities for the week and generally kept to the schedule. The project was finished on schedule and on budget.
