Grounds guys of Tri-City

Paul has a contract with my strata; he has just started here.

he committed to doing this work in early May.

Now he is coming mid July

It seems excellent reviews in 2020; somehow 2021 is not living up to those reviews.

So it is difficult to write whether I can recommend for work done on my property because unfortunately Paul never showed to do the work, nor did he phone to explain why.
I first contacted Paul in March, and he was very prompt to come take a look at my property and provide me a quote. I found the quote reasonable compared to other companies around, and since Paul was local, I figured I'd go with him. When I eventually did get through to Paul, he sounded glad I had decided on him, and he asked that I reply to the email, and so I did. I waited over a week for a response from Paul, and eventually he said he could do my work on the next Monday via email, but he'd call me to confirm the details... I never did hear back. So I replied back to his email to let him know Monday was fine and I'd be home that day. Monday he never showed, and again Tuesday morning. When I called Paul, he had asked if 'so and so' had called me and said he'd call me right back. I never did hear from him again. My best guess is he contracted the service out to 'so and so' who was ultimately too busy for my yard.
So if asked if I would recommend the Grounds Guys, I'd have to say I can't because I can only assume my work was not worth his time.
If you are going to run a business, at the very least you should keep in contact with your customers to let them know your situation.

Paul and his team did a fabulous job cleaning up my back yard, he even transplanted some of my plants in my neighbors yard!

Fall clean up, grass cut, weeds weeded, new dirt installed, tree, Shrubs and bushes trimmed. Clean and tidy work. Tarps where used all around the garden for clean up. Blow and sweeper all debris up.

My front and back lawn looked great after aeration, seeding and top dressing. Paul was professional and courteous and he cleaned up after the job. Thank you!
