Mirand provided estimate in a timely fashion, provided a fair estimate and lucky for me Reliant Contractors were in the neighbourhood on another job so he was able to fix my chimney roof leak the next day! He explained what he was going to do and provided me with photos if before and after as requested. Mirand was professional and very personable to deal with. I will definitely call him for other jobs as needed and can recommend him without any reservations. Irma
