I hired these movers to move me from 1 location within Brampton to another. They were 2 hours late with no reason why, my new landlord ended being late for work because of the movers disorganized way of doing business. Before the guys would unload my stuff they inform me there is a hidden $25 charge which was never discussed beforehand with Harman. I had to call him to ask why then he explains its a charge because he has a business and the e transfer i sent will cost $25 to process. The movers then tell me they are done moving and before i can inspect the truck they are gone and have taken some of my belongings with them. I contacted Harman 3 times to find my belongings and i was ignored each time. That is theft or maybe retaliation because i wouldn't pay his hidden fees. They state that they have great google reviews but i cannot find any of the 3 business names (express movers, fast movers, movers) the business on google at all. They rented a truck which makes it impossible to find out the actual name of the company.
