I contacted Ray and Bryce for a quote to replace 7 posts on my cedar fence that were starting to lean. It looked like the posts were not cemented in and the job would require them to the reset and cemented. They were quick to respond and provided a fair quote. When they came out, they discovered that the 7 posts had been cemented in after all, but for whatever reason, the treated posts had rotted at the base. Unfortunately, this added an additional cost, which we no one could have forseen. They did excellent work in rainy conditions and cleaned up after themselves, which was appreciated. He even cut down and removed a small persimmon tree for us, at no charge. Thanks Ray and Bruce.

We contracted with Westcoast Modernscape to repair a brick wall at the front of a rental house we have in Vancouver. Ray and Bryce convinced us to not only replace the brick wall but also the stone wall that ran along the lane. Two stones had fallen out and the rest were being held together by dirt. They did a fabulous job. Not only did they replace the wall but they also replaced the stairs at the front of the house, the light which was not working properly and pressure washed the entire wall including the part completed several years earlier. They did the job in a timely, professional and efficient manner. Very pleased with what they did.

Ray and Bryce were great to deal with, professional, friendly and worked incredibly hard in some pretty nasty weather in order to get things finished before the heavy snowfall came. Would highly recommend.

We embarked on a major backyard project which involved the replacement of our deck and a major transformation of the back yard. The yard was sloping, had many trees and plants, and, thus, was not so functional for younger kids. It required much work and creativity. Ray and his team combined great design, product choice and many specialized trades persons. The team members were friendly, professional, hardworking and very competent in their trades. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism and pride in their work. We still get positive comments on our back yard a few years later. It should also be noted that Ray and his team saved the day. We had originally hired a contractor to oversee the deck construction and the landscaping. Unfortunately, when the deck was nearing completion, his landscaper became unavailable for many months as he had taken on a large project elsewhere. The contractor was unable to find a replacement so we took it upon ourselves to find one. Ray answered our call and came by the same day. While other firms were more interested in easier and more boilerplate solutions, it was apparent that Ray truly understood the type of functionality that we were looking for and had great vision. Ray and his team also helped us deal with a few items in the front that were not part of the scope in an efficient and effective manner. As the project was completed towards the end of summer, Ray made a point of checking in with us the following spring to see how we were liking it. We would highly recommend Ray and his team.

I choose a mix of colored stones, brown,grey,beige, green and with a complicated pattern. To make it even more difficult there was old cement to be removed and an uneven terrain. Ray,the contractor exceeded my expectations, the setting of the stones and the patience he had to fit everything perfectly and having an eye for design made it look absolutely perfect. I love my patio/play area! I have to mention the care they put into preparing the place before the stones were set,after heavy rain I can see there is no water in the area. I'm looking forward to hire them for the next project! Thank you again for a job well done!
