Sam was great. Discussed the service, did an excellent job and spent the time necessary to deal with both nests. He sealed up the outside and inside and did an in house inspection to see if the treatment was driving the wasps into the house. His service was so good that when I discovered a different nest on our patio, I called Orbis immediately.

We hired Orbis to treat ants that were clustered in our foyer. They were eager to do the job, but in the months following, were uninterested. I contacted them via phone and text several times over the ensuing 3 months to inform them that we still occasionally saw ants. We were told to be patient and at the 3 month mark, they never responded. They never informed me of their time limited warranty.

Over the winter, the problem seemed to subside, but recurred in the spring. I explained to them what had transpired and offered to show them the messages they failed to act upon. In spite of the fact that I had attempted to contact them in the months following the treatment, they would not offer any reduction in fee and simply wanted us to pay anew for a treatment. Had they shown some understanding and flexibility, I would have been pleased to make an arrangement that made sense for all parties. I would NOT recommend this service.

In my home they were only the 90 mins they needed but the technician Malik was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. He gave us the news we were fearing, rats, but he was so reassuring and put my mother at ease.

I had a squirrel problem I. My roof. They came and installed a door for the hole. Later came back to remove and seal the whole. Will recommend them for business.
