Shortly before our basement windows were scheduled to be replaced, we discovered that the 7 security bars that needed to be removed had been installed many years ago with screws that had metal or lead inserts tapped into the screw heads to make them tamper resistant. We couldn't remove them ourselves and needed the job done quickly. Since it was the weekend we had to wait until Monday to schedule the job. We got another quote that was over double what this company quoted. Edm Lock and Safe was able to send someone to our place on Tuesday. He was professional, clean and removed the 7 security bars in 1.5 hours. The bars were in perfect condition when he was done so that we were able to reinstall them after our windows were replaced.
