Cora Duct Cleaning

They showed up ahead of time and did a good job. Nothing to complain but satisfaction.

We saw amazing reviews on Groupon about this company. We got the full $200 package which included. air duct cleaning up to 10 vents with furnace cleaning, sanitization, and before, and after pictures.. got on the phone with Sam to confirm details before purchasing the Groupon. He sounded very pleasant. Told me that my appointment would be from 4 PM to 6 PM. for today. I received a text message at 2 PM today asking if they could come in earlier. I said absolutely no problem! I was home. Met with Ali who came by himself. I asked him to confirm details. He said that he will try to get me pictures of before and after. he quickly went through the upstairs vents to blow them. He hooked up the downstairs furnace hose. Took a before picture. Try to Convince me to give him $50 so he could use a sweeper for my vents? He said that they would clean better. I declined and told him that what they were advertising for $200 was guaranteeing me clean ducts. he told me that was all marketing? He Turned the machine on for less than 15 minutes. And said that he was done within 30 minutes. I took my phone and took a video of what was inside the vent. There were still balls of dust. He shrugged it off. He then took a squirty bottle and shot two squirts in the duct opening and called it sanitization. I didnt know whether to laugh or cry. I contacted Sam on the phone who actually happens to be Alis brother. And Sam all of a sudden said that I can take the problem up with Ali because he is also co-owner. I told Ali that Ive had Duct Cleaning before and that they usually stay and have the machine run for about 2 to 3 hours. Ali told me he didnt know what I was talking about. He said that he did what he had to do and now hes leaving. He was now getting annoyed that I was telling him this was false advertising. And he had the audacity to turn around me and tell me that if I dont be quiet he will leave without closing up my furnace vent. I was really taken back at this and saw this as threatening, considering that I was home alone. This was just a terrible experience.

This was a long overdue service that I finally got around to having done. I engaged with three firms and selected Cora based on their responsiveness and completeness to my pre-service questions and concerns. Turns out I made an excellent choice.
They arrived promptly on the specified date and time. I was given a full explanation of the process and observed throughout. The Cora representatives were professional and knowledgeable. The work took approx. 2 hours to complete. There was an unforeseen issue with the location of my dryer external outlet, but they implemented a workaround solution to address that issue. They also showed me the dust coming out, and it was extreme! I know I will breathe easier now that the air is cleaner. I would not hesitate to use recommend and use Cora folks again.

VERY Professional dirt busters...honest,efficient, hard working, and courteous to what I thought would be a long arduous job, since these duct have probably NEVER BEEN CLEANED at Mom's house. The team was fast, knew exactly what to do, and DID work as a team!! I'm not easily impressed, and ALL I can say is the folks at Cora Duct Cleaning are outstanding...from my phone call, to the finished thorough completion!! I'm telling EVERYONE!!
