Incredible fast and efficient service to replace drain pump on Bosch dishwasher on the weekend. My request for service was promptly answered, service call within 2 hours of my request. The technician had the required part and the dishwasher fixed on the spot.

I needed to have a new dishwasher installed and Serhii was able to come and do it. I wasn't sure when the dishwasher was going to be installed, but it came earlier in the day and Serhii was able to accommodate the new time.

He came in and installed the dishwasher with great care. When we realized we were missing a part, he went out to get it from his shop (which was helpful because hardware stores are curb-side delivery only right now). The installation went smoothly. I would use Fox Appliance Services again.

UPDATE: What I thought was an issue with the draining of water, turned out to be a non-issue. Serhii came by again and took a look to confirm that there was no issue and tested out the drain function a couple more times. I would recommend this service.

Had issues with my inbuilt Bosch microwave. Sergii showed up within 12 hours of first contact. Although it took a few visits to fully resolve the issue, but I was very satisfied with the level of service and Sergii's commitment to fix the issue. Highly recommend this company.

Microwave tripped the circuit breaker and would not restart. Sergii was on site within about 3 hours and replaced a blown fuse. Fast, efficient, pleasant, fair price. Wore a mask and had slip ons over his shoes. I recommend this service.

Serhii was on time, with mask and show covers, experienced in the business. The cause of the fridge issue was immediately identified despite its sporadic behaviour and fixed as soon as part arrived. The dryer issue was explained in details.

My fridge water hose was leaking. Serhii was punctual (to the minute!), understood the problem immediately and fixed it quickly. He texted his ETA so I knew when to expect him, wore a mask and was very friendly and personable. I highly recommend him for your appliance repairs!
