Dmitr came in, offered me a quote and stuck to the timeline. I did have a few issues after install in which he came in after a while to rectify, and it did involve some back and forth but he finally came through. Apart from that everything is else was good.

Not a good experience. Paid a lot of money for my garage door and opener and had nothing but issues. The final product is nothing but disappointing and now have to pay a different contractor to fix the issues. The owner demanded payment prior to finishing the job. Was extremely rude on that specific day and made me feel threatened. After which I had a few issues which he did respond to but overall my experience was not good. The end result was a door framed poorly as you see in the image attached. One think I learned through the experience, its important to call references and or select a contractor by referral.

Dmitri and his team are very professional, prompt and efficient. Dmitri takes the time to understand the customer needs and provided me with exactly the garage door that I was looking for. I would highly recommend him and his team.

One of the cables broke, one rail got bent and the door got stuck. The Atlant contractor found the issue to be easy to repair, so he fixed the rail, adjusted the door, re-armed the spring, installed new cables and made the door run as smooth and as quiet as possible.
He was a very nice guy to talk to and he suggested how to better take care of the door in the long run.
I'll definitely call Atlant again when I need their services.

Dmitri was fantastic. He arrived the same day, quoted in advance, did a beyond expectation repair to my garage door ( it has never worked so well) and was very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend him.

Back last year in May 2021, I had Dmitri and his team remove and install two new garage doors. Also, they provided aluminum capping around garage doors. After this past winter the garage doors still look great and we are pleased with the work done.
I recommend Atlant Garage and would use them in the future. Thank you Dmitri.
