Be careful with this contractor. We hired Joe Parent on a recommendation from Calibre Electric to install underground gas lines for a backyard patio reno. He installed the lines in the trenches, asked for some money, and assured us he'd be back to finish the job but that we were good to go for landscapers to complete the hardscape. Left to go, it turns out, were shut offs, connectors, an actual connection to the gas main, and unbelievably, a pressure test! We were in contact with him by phone once or twice for another two months, unaware anything was up while other jobs were completed, and he routinely put us off suggesting the best time for him to come back was after it was all done. Fine, except at that time our numerous attempts to let him know fell on deaf ears. He suddenly refused to respond to texts and calls, and even a polite message sent through Calibre Electric directly was met with stone-walled silence. We have since hired a new contractor to complete the job and clean up Joe's mess at more than three times the cost, and are thoroughly fed up with Joe's complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Honestly, it's amazing he's still in business. If you're here to check references and reviews, let the experiences here and in other reviews be your guide.
