Wow. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Stain Protection Services Inc. I will only use them exclusively. I cannot say enough about Paul. Super knowledgeable, 100% service mindset, goes ABOVE & BEYOND, very responsive and accomodating too.
Interestingly, when buying my sofa, the company offered services, but advised I had already lined up with Paul at SPS. The woman told me how great that was and was gushing about Paul, SPS, and the quality of their protection. So far, no spills of accidents one week in, but what really impressed me was that my new white sofa was placed relatively close to the kitchen. Paul called me later that evening saying "you know, it bothered me how close it was to the kitchen, do you mind if I come back and apply some extra protection?". He did this at no extra cost. You are your brand Paul, and you've got a customer for life over here! Thanks again!
